How long until I can use my garage?
The install takes two days. You can walk on the floor shortly after the topcoat goes down and park on it 48 hours after we finish.
Do I need to empty the garage?
Yes, the floor needs to be clear before we arrive. We'll confirm exactly what needs moving at your measure and quote.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
It covers the coating system against peeling and delamination under normal residential use. Full terms are in your written quote.
Will it be slippery?
Full flake broadcast adds texture, and we can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat for alfresco areas or anywhere that gets wet.
Can you coat over my old coating or paint?
Usually not. Old coatings are ground off first so the new system bonds to bare concrete. That's included in your quote.
